Institute of Communication Agencies selects board

The Toronto-based Institute of Communication Agencies has elected a board of directors for the next year. Brett Marchand of Cossette Communication Group has been appointed chair. Claude Carrier of Bos has been named vice-chair. James Kabrajee of Marshall Fenn Communications has been appointed vice-chair and treasurer.
