Institute of Communication Agencies selects board

The Toronto-based Institute of Communication Agencies has appointed Claude Carrier, vice-president of Bos, to the position of chairman of its board of directors for 2011. Jim Kabrajee, president of Marshall Fenn Communications, has moved to the position of chair of board of governors. Laurie Young, managing director of Ogilvy & Mather, has been appointed vice-chair and treasurer of the board of directors. Additional board members include Publicis president Andrew Bruce, JWT Canada managing director David Gibb, Alan Gee of Blammo, Bob Shropshire of Dentsu Canada, Doug Conn of Wasserman & Partners, Garry Lee of Cundari, Gillian Graham, Jani Yates and Philip George of TBWA Toronto.
