BCP SNAGS ANOTHER BRAND

BCP of Montreal was handed the Quebec portion of the Molson Ultra account last week. The beer is brewed by Molson Breweries of Toronto. BCP took over the business without a review. It already handles four other Molson brands in Quebec: Black Label, Molson Dry, Genuine Draft and Black Ice. Molson Ultra, which is 6.2% alcohol, hit the market in Feburary. It was supported by TV, radio and print advertising. MacLaren McCann of Toronto who did advertising for English Canada. Its Montreal affiliate, Marketel, handled the Quebec market.
