Asahi sponsors Vancouver Whitecaps

Japanese beer brand Asahi has signed a sponsorship agreement with Major League Soccer and the Vancouver Whitecaps FC to make Asahi Super Dry the team’s official beer in Canada. The agreement includes brand exposure during matches carried on AppleTV, TSN and RDS, as well as other promotional activities aimed at Canadian soccer fans. The beer will also have exposure at the BC Place arena during the soccer season, including an area to be named the Asahi Super Dry Landing, where the beer will be sold.
