Peroni Nastro Azzurro sponsors TIFF

Italian beer brand Peroni Nastro Azzurro has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Toronto International Film Festival for a fourth year. The brand will be the official beer sponsor of the festival. The sponsorship will include a lounge-themed installation at David Pecaut Square called the House of Peroni Nastro Azzurro. The installation will offer product samples and Italian food. The promotion will run from Sept. 5 to Sept. 13. Peroni Nastro Azzurro is a division of Asahi Group.
“TIFF is an extraordinary celebration of global culture and talent, and this year’s 50th edition makes it even more special,” said Katie Wright, head of marketing at Asahi Canada. “We’re proud to bring a taste of Italy back to Toronto for the fourth year in a row, and to offer guests the chance to enjoy the superior taste of Peroni Nastro Azzurro in true Italian style.”
