NorthStar Bets conducts Sportsober campaign

Online betting company NorthStar Bets is conducting an advertising campaign in which it renames the month of October to “Sportsober.” The campaign is timed to coincide with the start of the NHL regular season and the MLB playoffs, the upcoming CFL season, as well as the ongoing NFL and upcoming NBA seasons.
Developed by Leo Burnett, the campaign consists of television commercials, social media content, radio ads and online materials aimed at consumers in Ontario. A second commercial focuses on NorthStar’s online casino service. Media work is being hanled by Starcom, with public relations support by North Strategic.
