Bell Canada of Montreal is conducting an advertising campaign in support of its 12th annual "Bell Let's Talk Day," intended to raise awareness of mental health issues in Canada. Developed by Lg2, the campaign this year focuses on the importance of simple actions to maintain mental health for oneself and others, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign includes a video comprising messages from personalities such as Vanna White, Alessia Cara and Michael Bublé, among others. For each view of the video on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube, five cents will be donated to mental health initiatives. Media work is being conducted by Media Experts.
"The past two years have been particularly hard on everyone," said Nicolas Dion, creative director at Lg2. "When it comes to talking about mental health, we're often unsure if we're helping, or maybe we’re not sure what to do at all. This year's campaign tries to show that just continuing to be there makes a huge difference."
