Vachon joins BCE board

Louis Vachon has joined the board of directors of Montreal-based BCE and Bell Canada. Vachon is an operating partner of investment firm J.C. Flowers & Co. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of the National Bank of Canada. Vachon also sits on the boards of Alimentation Couche-Tard, Groupe CH, MDA and Molson Coors.
