Sunwing conducts Jamaican promotion with CTV

Travel company Sunwing Vacations has begun a content marketing initiative in association with CTV television program Your Morning. The initiative makes use of on-location segments with host Melissa Grelo highlighting the island of Jamaica and a new resort there called the Royalton Blue Waters. The promotion also includes a contest component, the winner of which will receive a seven-day trip for two to the resort. The on-air segments will run for one week, while the contest will run until Dec. 4. The campaign also includes in-show billboards, digital materials on YourMorning.ca and social media activities. The promotion is being conducted in collaboration with the Jamaica Tourist Board and VMC Media.
"We're thrilled to have teamed up with Sunwing for Your Morning's first-ever travel partnership," said Laird White, director of brand partnerships at CTV. "Along with offering an incredible contest opportunity, this is the first time Your Morning features tropical on-location segments, giving our viewers some great ideas to plan their winter breaks and visit Jamaica."
