Globe and Mail begins Invest in You campaign

The Globe and Mail has begun a new marketing campaign called “Invest in You,” promoting its business, investing and personal finance news coverage. The campaign was developed in association with Naked Creative, VMC Media, animation studio Polyester and Greyson Productions. According to the company, it is intended to to remind Canadians that “an investment in knowledge of personal finance, business and investing will always pay dividends.”
It consists of national television advertising on CTV and various specialty channels, as well as online video and cinema advertising in Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver. The creative consists of 30- and 15-second animated executions. Additional ads will run on Captivate elevator displays in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto and Ottawa, as well as on various podcasts, on Toronto Go Trains and Metrolinx stations, and on social media. Online display ads and content marketing will also be used.
