Think Turkey conducts campaign

Think Turkey recently conducted an out-of-home campaign to coincide with National Protein Day. On Feb. 27, the organization ran two billboards in Toronto and Montreal. The creative encourages consumers to consider turkey as an alternative to packaged protein bars or powders. The campaign also includes national digital and social media components featuring Olympic decathlete Damian Warner. The effort, part of the organization’s ongoing “You Turkey” initiative, will run through March. Think Turkey is an initiative of Turkey Farmers of Canada.

“Protein has become a buzzword, but not all protein sources provide the same nutritional value,” said dietitian Nicole Addison. “Turkey is naturally rich in complete protein, low in fat and packed with essential nutrients. If you're serious about fueling your body, you don't just need more protein, you need high-quality, whole, lean protein like turkey.”
