Western Financial sponsors Blue Bombers

Western Financial Group, an insurance company based in High River, AB, has signed a three-year sponsorship agreement with Canadian Football League team the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. As part of the agreement, Western Financial Group branding will appear on the team’s jerseys. The company will also conduct a series of fan-based and community-based initiatives. In 2025, Western Financial Group signed a sponsorship agreement with the Calgary Stampeders.
“The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are more than a football team, they are part of the fabric of Manitoba communities,” said Grant Ostir, CEO of Western Financial Group. “At Western, we believe in standing beside the people and organizations that bring communities together. This partnership reflects our commitment to teamwork and doing the right thing for the communities we call home.”
