Global News renews agreement with Ipsos Reid

Global News has renewed an agreement with research company Ipsos Reid to provide data on public opinion in Canada. Topics to be examined will include politics, public policy, consumer issues and public reaction to current events. These polls will be branded as the Global News/Ipsos Reid Poll. Global is a property of Toronto-based Shaw Media.

"Global News is delighted to renew our relationship with Ipsos Reid," said Troy Reeb, senior vice-president of news and station operations at Global News. "We look forward to a strong continued partnership that will provide our audiences greater insights into public opinion and emerging trends."
