E-Comm 9-1-1 retains Cossette

E-Comm 9-1-1 of Vancouver has hired Cossette of Vancouver as its advertising and communication agency. Cossette will develop public awareness and education programs for the organization, which provides 911 emergency call services in the Vancouver area. Cossette won the account in a competitive process involving a short list of 14 firms. The public education communications will focus on the proper use of the 911 system, with a focus on accidental calls, non-emergency calls and caller location.

"I am delighted that Cossette is now part of the E-Comm team because they really demonstrated during the RFP process the depth and talent within their organization and their awesome creativity," said Jody Robertson, director of corporate communications at E-Comm. "Most important, it was clear how excited they were to have an opportunity to work on our outreach and the many possibilities that are in front of us."
