Canadian Public Relations Society recognizes three schools
The Canadian Public Relations Society has awarded a "Seal of Approval" to three post-secondary schools to recognize their excellence in public relation education: Mount Saint Vincent University of Halifax, Conestoga College of Kitchener and the University of Victoria. This is the first time the society has issued this distinction. "We have always been strong in our belief that education is the key to success in PR and take pride in supporting our colleagues engaged in the education and preparation of public relations professionals in Canada," said society president Richard Truscott. "This ground breaking initiative allows us to make our support public and will assist students as they consider their choices for an education in public relations and communications management."
