Acosta buys Mosaic Sales Solutions

Acosta Sales & Marketing has entered into an agreement to acquire Mosaic Sales Solutions of Toronto for an undisclosed sum. According to the companies, day-to-day operations will not be affected. Acosta plans to integrate Mosaic's services into its own. These include sales, merchandising, experiential marketing, shopper marketing, digital design and production, public relations and social media. Mosaic will operate as a unit of Acosta. Aidan Tracey will continue as president of Mosaic. The deal is expected to close in July. "We are uniting two great companies for the benefit of our clients," said Robert Hill, president and CEO of Acosta. "By coming together we are creating a stronger sales and marketing platform across North America to better serve our clients. Together we will deliver a broad range of skills and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients."
