Beam Global Canada breaks new Canadian Club campaign

Beam Global Canada has released new advertising for its Canadian Club brand called "Here's to Your Adventure." The television creative features the same character that appeared in the brand's 2010 "Escape" commercial, this time depicting him relating a story about being chased through the woods. Fifteen- and 30-second versions of the ad broke this week, along with five-, seven- and 10-second billboard versions. The ad will air nationally on conventional and specialty television stations through the summer. The campaign was developed by Toronto-based Juniper Park, with media planning by Starcom. "Canadian Club is an iconic brand that embraces adventure, and this new creative strongly conveys a sense of adventure, but what's even more important is it integrates the brand with the rituals of CC consumers in a meaningful way," said Cheryl Hudson, Canadian Club brand manager. "The goal of our revitalized creative campaign is to bring the spirit of adventure back to the CC consumer, celebrating his own unique adventures, whatever they may be, and shining the spotlight on the pride and pleasure gained in sharing those stories and reliving the adventure with friends over a glass of CC."
