HSBC Bank Canada conducts brand campaign at Vancouver airport

HSBC Bank Canada of Vancouver has begun a branding campaign at Vancouver International Airport. The agreement reached with the Vancouver Airport Authority gives the financial company exclusive branding rights to 61 jet access bridges. The campaign will begin with exposure on nine bridges in the international and US departure areas. The remainder will be added to the program in the spring of 2010. The campaign is being managed by Clear Channel Outdoor Canada. The HSBC Group holds similar jet bridge-branding rights at 40 airports in 17 countries, including Pearson International in Toronto. "The synergy of the programs now running at both Vancouver and Pearson International Airports is an example of a well implemented national brand awareness program," said John Jory, president of Clear Channel Outdoor Canada. "This HSBC program, and others, reflects the important global influence of Vancouver and Pearson airports as international gateways to North America."
