AD RODEO WINNERS

Watermark Advertising Design Ltd. of Calgary was the biggest winner at the annual Ad Rodeo, which honors the best advertising produced by Alberta agencies for distribution across Canada. Watermark won seven gold awards for work it did for Prince's Island Estates, Cantax Corp., Mark's Work Wearhouse and Calgary 7 Television. It also took eight other awards in silver and bronze classes. Other gold winners and their clients were: Planet Creative, The Montreal Gazette and ITV Television; Ogilvy & Mather, TransAlta and Canadian Airlines International; Hendrick & Associates, Canadian North; Young & Rubicam, Alberta Ford & Mercury Dealers; Parallel Advertising/Fieldstone Marketing, The Calgary Hitman; Parallel Advertising, Calgary Zoological Society; Consumer Strategies Group, Wallis House; Result Communications, The Forzani Group; The Parker Group, Flexi-Coil; MacLaren Retail, S.AB. Pontiac Dealers; The Image Brokers, Dow Elanco; Idea Machine, European Technologies Inc.; Metrographics, Comfort Foods; QNB Creative, QNB; Parallel Strategies Inc, Calgary Zoo and Yukon Tourism.
