Rare Method promotes eight

Calgary-based interactive marketing firm Rare Method has promoted eight of its employees. Graham Kahl has been promoted from art director to digital design team leader. Kahl was previously a co-owner of Stickman Interactive, which Rare Method acquired in 2001. Dawn Bayers has been promoted from account manager to senior account manager. Bayers was formerly at Idea Machine, acquired by Rare Method acquired in 2003. Martina Haines has been promoted from account coordinator to manager of systems and performance. Krista Henman has been promoted from resource coordinator to manager of human resources and marketing. Drew Gillson, formerly a programmer, has been promoted to manager of technology innovation. Nathan Newsom, previously a production designer, has been promoted to designer. Brad Sukarukoff has been promoted from designer to art director. Christine Catleugh has been promoted from direct marketing analyst to account co-ordinator.
