HOME SHOW LOOKING FOR SPONSORS

The Home & Hobby Show is looking for sponsors. The four-day event, which runs in Toronto from May 17 to 20, caters to the Chinese community. It will have over 130 exhibitors selling their wares. There will also be games for kids, multicultural performances, a home improvement seminar, fashion shows and a singing contest. Exhibitors will be conducting product sampling, consumer research, direct sales and community PR and networking. So far, sponsors include Bell Canada, Norditrack, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Mead Johnson, Rogers Cantel and Laser Sight Centre. An ad campaign for the show begins in May using TV, radio, newspaper and direct mail. It will be created by Alex Young & Associates, the same company hosting the event.
