Proximity Canada adds three, promotes one

Proximity Canada has hired three new staff members and promoted a fourth. Cybelle Srour has joined the agency as senior vice-president of strategy and insights. She most recently headed the Dell Canada account at DDB Canada. Joanna Fuke has been appointed to the newly-created position of vice-president of CRM planning. She was previously senior strategist for data and CRM planning at Blitz Direct, Data and Promotions. She has also worked at Rogers Cantel Communications, Loyalty Management Group and American Express Canada. Dejan Jovanovic has been appointed to the new position of technology vice-president. He was previously at Blast Radius as head of the technology, QA and operational management services departments for North American and Europe. Matt Di Paola has been promoted to senior vice-president and managing director. He joined the company in 2007 as interactive vice-president.
