New chief strategy officer at Cossette

Cossette of Toronto has appointed Cat Wiles to the position of chief strategy officer. She was most recently head of planning at VCCP London. Prior to that, she was director of strategy at Mother and a board account planner at AMV BBDO. She has also worked at Clemmow Hornby Inge, Low and Unilever.
Rosie Gentile has been promoted to the position of senior vice-president of experience design. She joined the agency in 2017. Prior to that, she was senior vice-president of connections strategy, data and insights. She was also vice-president of integrates strategy and insights at Proximity Canada and vice-president of client service at Bimm Direct & Digital.
