COKE HANDS OUT NEW ASSIGNMENTS

Coca-Cola has named Martin Interactive of Richmond, Virginia as worldwide interactive agency of record. The U.S.-based soft drink giant is planning a promotion of its corporate heritage on the Internet. In addition, Wieden & Kennedy of Portland, Oregon is handling creative assignments attached to Coke's sponsorship of the Wills World Cup cricket tournament in India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka from Feb. 14 to March 17. McCann-Erickson Worldwide of New York will handle local media buying and promotions for the event.
