Coca-Cola begins Share a Coke campaign

Coca-Cola has released a new version of its “Share a Coke” campaign in Canada. During the promotion, the company will offer personalized Coca-Cola bottles and cans. According to the company, the campaign has been “reimagined for Gen Z” and focuses on how personal experiences lead to real-life connections. The effort features television, online video, social media and out-of-home advertising, as well as an online component called the “Share a Coke Memory Maker” that allows consumers to create personalized videos. The creative depicts various friends sharing the beverage. The campaign will also include a series of local experiential promotions at which consumers will be invited to design a personalized can or bottle.
