BCLC retains Cossette, Visionnaire

The British Columbia Lottery Corporation has retained Cossette and Visionnaire to handle its creative advertising and marketing activities. Both agencies are subsidiaries of Plus Company Canada. The corporation will also continue to make use of Cossette Media for media work.
