Amnesty International continues campaign
By Derek Winkler
Amnesty International has resumed a campaign called “Write for Rights” for a 24th year. Developed by Cossette of Montreal, the campaign asks consumers to write letters of encouragement to individuals who have experienced human rights violations. The campaign focuses on the ways in which one letter of the alphabet can change the meaning of a sentence, and the ways in which writing a letter can affect a life. Advertising will run in print, on radio, out-of-home and online until the middle of January.
