Cossette promotes Duchesne

Cossette has promoted Louis Duchesne to the position of executive vice-president and general manager for Quebec. He will oversee the agency's Montreal and Quebec City offices. He will also join the company's national executive committee. Duchesne was previously senior vice-president and general manager of Cossette's Quebec City office. Prior to that, he was general manager of that office's interactive division. He also spent six years at Nurun.
