Shearer joins Cossette

Cossette has appointed Daniel Shearer to the position of executive vice-president and general manager. He has spent the last 11 years at Taxi, most recently as general manager of Taxi 2. He was also managing director of Taxi's Kraft North America account. Prior to joining Taxi as an account manager in 2004, Shearer was an account executive at Partners and Edell and Ranscombe and Company.

Cossette will now organize itself into two regions. Cossette Ontario and West will be headed by Toronto-based Shearer, while Cossette Quebec and East will be headed by Louis Duchesne, executive vice-president and general manager.
