FGMDA rebrands as Evoq Architecture

Montreal-based architectural firm Fournier, Gersovitz, Moss, Drolet et associés architectes has rebranded itself as Evoq Architecture. According to the company, the name stems from the word "evocative" and is intended to convey the firm's commitment to "conserving and creating meaningful architecture that relates to its historic or cultural context." The rebranding also includes a new logo making use of a stenciled design.
"The richness of any site comes from its unique characteristics and history," said Georges Drolet, director of Evoq Architecture. "When we create, we want to evoke that particularity in the project's overall design and details."
