Coca-Cola, Bell Media ready FIFA promotion

Coca-Cola Canada and Bell Media are preparing a series of promotions tied to their sponsorships of the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015 soccer tournament. As part of the initiative, original Coca-Cola-branded content will appear during Bell Media's broadcast coverage of the tournament. This coverage will air nationally on CTV, TSN, RDS and other Bell Media broadcast, radio and digital properties. Coca-Cola will also sponsor related programming and specials surrounding broadcasts of the tournament.

"Bell Media delivers an incredible opportunity for us to connect with all Canadians as we open our arms and invite everyone to join in the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada celebration," said Michael Samoszewski, vice-president of sparkling beverages at Coca-Cola. "We're excited to share Coca-Cola's passion and excitement for soccer and active, healthy living with Canadians from coast to coast."

The tournament will begin on June 6 in Edmonton and conclude on July 5 in Vancouver.
