Corby Distilleries becomes Corby Spirit and Wine
By Adnews Staff
Corby Distilleries of Toronto has rebranded itself as Corby Spirit and Wine. The rebranding includes a new logo, corporate colours and a new website.
"We made this change because 'Distilleries' had become too narrow a description," said Patrick O'Driscoll, president and CEO of the company. "Corby can trace its roots back over 100 years, and this is the third time we've changed our name. As with the previous changes, our new name and identity do a better job of telling the world who we are and what we do. Today, we are brand-builders of spirits and wine, with a growing premium portfolio, a strong focus on product, service and marketing, and a culture that is aspirational, not industrial."
Corby markets and distributes alcohol brands including Wiser's, Lot 40, Pike Creek, Lamb's, Polar Ice, McGuinness, Criollo, Absolut, Chivas Regal, The Glenlivet, Ballantine's, Jameson, Beefeater, Malibu, Kahlúa, Mumm, Jacob's Creek, Wyndham Estate, Stoneleigh, Campo Viejo and Graffigna.
