Ottorino joins Virgin Mobile

Virgin Mobile has appointed Joseph Ottorino to the position of managing director in Canada. He was most recently director of ad web and social at Bell. Prior to that, he was director of customer communications at Wind Mobile and director of marketing communications at Telus. Ottorino was also an account director at Taxi.
