Creative directors depart Dare

January 21, 2013

Bryan Collins and Rob Sweetman, vice-presidents and executive creative directors at Dare of Vancouver, are leaving the firm to found their own agency. According to the pair, the new company will focus on strategy and creative. Its name will be announced in February. Collins and Sweetman have worked together for approximately 10 years, first at Rethink of Vancouver. In 2008 they moved to Cossette Vancouver. They moved to Dare when Cossette's parent company Vision7 International founded a Canadian office of the digital agency in 2010. "We're leaving on great terms with Dare," said Sweetman. "It's a great agency and we were very happy to have a hand in building it. We're making this move because it's always been our goal to start something and we felt like it was the right time go for it."
