Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Walsh

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada of Ottawa has promoted Darcy Walsh to the position of vice-president and national director of business development. He joined the agency in 2007 as director of corporate development. Prior to that, he was director of parliamentary affairs at the Ministry of Public Works.
