Hill&Knowlton Strategies adds four

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada has hired Mohamed Dhanani as a vice-president in its public affairs group in Toronto. He was most recently executive officer at His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Council for Canada. Prior to that, he was president of the High Print Company. Dhanani has also been a strategy advisor to the Deputy Premier and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of Ontario, as well as a consultant at Pricewaterhousecoopers.
Gabe De Roche has joined the agency's Toronto office as an account director. He most recently handled marketing and planning at the Office of the Ontario Minister of Health and Long-Term Care. Prior to that, he was director of communications at the Office of the Ontario Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Employment. De Roche has also held communications positions at the Ontario Ministries of Children and Youth Services, and Citizenship and Immigration.
Luca Bucci has been hired in Toronto as a senior consultant. He was previously an advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada. Prior to that, he was a senior policy advisor and issues analyst for the Ontario PC Caucus.
Emmanuel Morin has joined the agency's Ottawa office as a senior account director. He was most recently president of his own firm, Morin Public Affairs. Before that, he was director of business development at Monster Worldwide and a public affairs senior strategist at Playbook Communications.
