Hill & Knowlton hires Walsh

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Ottawa has appointed Darcy Walsh to the position of director of corporate development. He will begin work on Nov. 1. He will develop marketing and sales plans for the public relations and public affairs divisions of the agency in Ottawa. He will also be part of the firm's national marketing staff. Walsh was previously director of parliamentary affairs at the Ministry of Public Works.
