Hill & Knowlton Canada promotes three

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Toronto has promoted three staff members. Kadi Kaljuste, senior vice-president and national service leader for marketing communications, has been given the additional responsibility of building the agency's public relations business with other WPP firms. Since joining the agency in 2000, she has also worked as healthcare practice director and deputy general manager of the Toronto office. Hilda Kinross has been promoted to national marketing communications service leader. She joined the company 14 years ago, beginning in the Toronto technology communications practice. She was most recently head of the Toronto marketing communications group. Steven MacKinnon has been promoted to national leader of agency's the recently-established financial communications and transactions practice. He joined Hill & Knowlton Canada in 2007 as group leader of the Ottawa communications staff. Most recently he was national director of financial transactions.
