Certified General Accountants of Ontario break new campaign

The Certified General Accountants of Ontario has begun a new advertising campaign called "Name a Business/Name Your Need." The television campaign will air on CTV, CBC and Global until March 2008. Print ads will run in the Globe and Mail and National Post until May 2008. The 22 executions depict accountants assisting various businesses. "Because our own members speak most effectively to their capabilities, we've featured CGAs in this campaign," said Delmarie Scherloski, director of public affairs for the organization. "By direct example, CGAs demonstrate the diversity of the work they undertake in every sector of the province and the value CGAs bring to their employers and clients. The 'Name Your Need' tagline supports the premise that whatever need is named, in accounting and finance, business and strategic management, there is a CGA who can fulfill it." The campaign was developed by Clique Communications. Media buying was handled by Media Dimensions.
