Porter Novelli Canada promotes two

Porter Novelli Canada of Toronto has promoted Alison Philips to the position of vice-president of its consumer technology practice. She will oversee accounts including Bell Canada and Thomson Multimedia. She joined the agency 1996. Derek Baker has been promoted to director of the consumer technology practice. He will work on accounts including Bell Canada, Xenophile Media and Ideazon. He joined the company in 2000.
