Porter Novelli promotes two

Porter Novelli Canada of Toronto has promoted two staff members in its consumer division. Michael Margiotta and Melissa Arnold have been promoted to the position of manager. Both were previously account supervisors. Margiotta joined the agency in 2005. He oversees accounts including Gillette, Timberland and Performance Sports Group. He was previously at High Road Communications. Arnold joined the agency in 2011. She oversees accounts including Duracell and Head & Shoulders. She was previously at Strategic Objectives.
