Porter Novelli Canada of Toronto has appointed Michael Margiotta to the position of account supervisor in its consumer division. He will lead the agency's work on the Procter & Gamble men's grooming account and will support its work on the Head & Shoulders brand. Margiotta was most recently at High Road Communications.
