Porter Novelli promotes two, hires one

Porter Novelli Canada of Toronto has promoted Rafael Ruffolo to the position of senior consultant in its technology practice. His accounts include HP Canada and Celestica. Prior to joining the agency in 2012, he was a consultant at Strategic Ampersand. Alisha Manion has been promoted to the position of consultant in the firm's consumer practice. She will work on the Procter & Gamble account. Manion joined the agency as a coordinator in 2011. Jill MacCannell has joined the agency as a coordinator in the health and wellness practice. Her accounts include Pfizer Canada and Med-EL. She has previously worked at Fresh Space and Hailo.
