Porter Novelli Canada promotes two

Porter Novelli Canada has promoted Maria Antonopoulos to the position of senior vice-president. She was previously vice-president of the agency's consumer practice and will continue to oversee the Procter & Gamble, EpiPen and Almond Board of California accounts, among others. Derek Baker has been promoted from director to vice- president of the consumer practice. He will continue to oversee accounts including Gillette and Duracell.
