Paul Welsh has returned to Edelman Canada after a six-month sabbatical to become the agency's national chief commercial officer. He was previously co-general manager of the firm's Vancouver office. Welsh was also co-owner of Vancouver-based Karyo Communications, which was acquired by Edelman in 2007.
