National adds two in Vancouver

National Public Relations has added two new staff members to its Vancouver office. Patti Schom-Moffatt and Bob Paddon have joined the agency as senior counsels. Schom-Moffatt was most recently the principal and chief strategist at PSM Ventures. Prior to that, she was chief client officer at Edelman Canada and general manager of Edelman Vancouver. She was also the founder of Karyo Communications, which was acquired by Edelman in 2007.
Paddon was previously at TransLink, where he held a series of positions including vice-president of corporate and public affairs, executive vice-president of customer and public engagement and executive vice-president of strategic planning and public affairs. Paddon was also communications and education manager for the Greater Vancouver Regional District and manager of communications planning at BC Hydro.
