Montreal-based V Network has appointed Deborah Boudreau to the position of general manager of sales of its Toronto office. She will supervise sales activities and business development for the company outside the province of Quebec, primarily in the Toronto area, western Canada and the United States. Boudreau was previously senior director of broadcast and marketing at Quebecor Media Sales. Prior to that, she was a national sales representative, sales manager and senior broadcast director at Quebecor. Boudreau has also worked for CTV, the Globe and Mail and the CBC.
