Subway conducts Commit to Fit Pledge promotion

Fast food chain Subway has begun a new promotion called the "Commit to Fit Pledge." During the initiative, the company will encourage consumers to take a pledge to adopt a more healthy and active lifestyle via its Facebook page. Consumers who take the pledge will also be entered into a draw for a grand prize of $10,000 and a $500 Subway gift card. Entrants can also complete an "Act of Fitness" in three categories, nutrition, exercise and wellness, for a chance to win one of two $100 cards each week. The promotion will run until Sept. 30. The campaign was developed by Veritas Communications of Toronto, with creative and digital support from KBS&P and media buying from Carat Toronto.
