Frito Lay Canada readies lunch break in Calgary

Potato chip maker Frito Lay Canada will conduct a street promotion in Calgary from Sept. 28 to Oct. 2. The initiative will take the form of a daily lunch break, including food and oversized games of Foosball and Connect 4. The intent is to encourage the city's workforce to eschew lunch at their desks in favour of a moment of relaxation outside. The events will run from 10:30am to 2:30pm each day at the intersections of 4th Ave. and 8 St. SW, as well as 5th Ave. and Macleod Trail SE. The promotion was developed by Fleishman-Hillard Canada.
