Scott joins National

National Public Relations of Toronto has appointed David Scott to the position of vice-president and lead of its corporate communications practice. Scott was most recently a senior vice-president and partner at Fleishman-Hillard Canada, where he was head of the agency's financial and investor communications practice. Prior to that he operated his own firm, David Scott Communications. He has also been senior manager of public affairs at Scotiabank and a policy advisor for two Ontario cabinet ministers responsible for post-secondary education.
